Our user-friendly policies make it easy to start living.
 
  • No contracts.  Nothing to sign, just pay as you go. We appreciate your calling as far in advance as possible if you must cancel a service.

 

  • Flexible Schedule.  We generally can accommodate your time preferences seven days a week, but this is not always possible.  Please be flexible.

 

  • Same cleaning team every time. You will be assigned a dependable two-person cleaning team who will get to know you and your cleaning needs. 

 

  • We supply everything.  We use our own equipment and supplies.

 

  • Easy Pay.  We provide envelopes to leave your check or cash to be picked up by your team manager. Or you may pay by credit card online, or remit through your bank's bill pay. Please note that our returned check fee is $50.

 

  • Convenient Entry Options.  If you will not be at home when your cleaning team arrives, our customers either: give access with a garage door code, a key at a prescribed location, or leave a key with us.  Your key is locked up and brought out only on the day of your service.  Your team leader returns it to our office and it is secure.  Don't worry; if we lose your key, our liability insurance pays for redoing all your locks (but we have never lost a key!) 

 

  • Prompt Refunds.  Any service paid in advance and cancelled at least one week in advance will be fully refunded or credited as you may instruct.

 

  • Dependable People.  We get to know our people well, and you will too. We do background checks and take steps to ensure your complete safety and security.
