Hello, we begin our tour with the academy's three purposes:
- Training. Here White Glove business owners and their capable employees undergo in-depth training to be the best in the industry.
New White Glove services are popping up all over, and it’s our job to make sure that the White Glove name means top quality work and customer care wherever we serve our customers.
- Research. We scrutinize the world of “cleanology” and undertake our own research in order to continuously improve our performance.
Yes, we are on top of what’s new, and we are always doing our own experiments. We try different products and test different procedures and equipment.
- Education. We share valuable and informative consumer information through our Consumer Learning Center. We are always looking for new questions for our C.Q. quiz, things to include in our CLEAN-o-pedia, and interesting reading for our Documents Library. Please send us your ideas.
