Currently Seeking Part-Time Cleaning Team Members

White Glove occasionally accepts applications for cleaning team members. Please take a look at the White Glove Web site, and if you are interested in helping us, we certainly would like to talk to you.  No experience is necessary because we train you. But you must be well qualified.


Two Basic Qualifications. 

  • First, you must live close to or in our service area (South Las Vegas, Henderson).
  • Second, we are interested in people who plan to be with us for the long run.  Please do not apply if you are just looking for something to do while you look for something else.

Is it our procedures?  Our procedures are exacting and thorough.  But that’s only part of our success.
 
Is it our service policies?  Our policies put our customers first.  But that, too, is only part of our success.

Is it our people?  Yes!  Our success is our people!  Even the most complete procedures and the finest service policies are worthless without motivated and hard-working people who are dedicated to applying them the best they can.

The work environment is fast-paced and efficient.  Attention to detail is very important.  You should be a person who keeps a very clean home, and one who works hard to do a good job at everything you do.  If you are, you probably have the qualities given below.

You Must Have These Qualities:
 
•Self-Starter—you know what needs to be done and you do it without having to be asked

•Observant—you look for—and are able to see what needs to be done—because you want to be sure that you do a good job
 

•Attention to Detail—you know the details of procedures, and you are concerned about seeing that procedures are thoroughly followed

Because we offer a good and fair salary, we look for the above qualifications plus the following:

Responsible—Be regular and on time.

Dependable—Good work ethic; takes pride in work done correctly; shows up for work; rarely absent.

Hard working—Work with sincere effort; conscientious and efficient; and uses time effectively

Presentable appearance—Because we enter private homes, we must insist upon clean, neatly groomed cheerful, pleasant personality; enjoyable to be around

Honest, ethical—We have absolutely no tolerance for dishonest or unethical behavior.   We do background checks.

Have a car—A car is essential to drive to meet your partner, plus you must be willing to drive you and your partner (plus equipment and supplies). If you drive to customers' homes after picking up supplies and your partner you are paid .44 per mile.

Part time means working 1-5 days a week for 3 to 5 hours each day, generally in the mornings and early afternoon. You can choose the days you are available.
