If we HAVE NOT met your expectations:

Because of our extensive training and performance monitoring, few customers express unhappiness with the work of our cleaning teams.  Of course, honest oversights sometimes may take place on occasion.

 

If we missed something, here’s what to do:
 
If you are home when your team finishes, please look everything over and inform them of anything missed. If it is a simple oversight, our cleaners will attend to any problems immediately.  So the oversight will not happen again in the future, your team leader will make a note in your customer Maintenance Plan, a White Glove exclusive service feature.
 

If you weren’t home, please call your White Glove service office as soon as possible.  Your team will cheerfully return as soon as possible to make things right.  Please complete our feedback form available here on our Web site.  The form results are shared and discussed with your team so we can work together to make sure we meet your expectations in the future.
